Rules for GAME MASTER

1. Treat ALL players with respect.

2. Do not spam skills in town or PvP.

3. Do not attack players in PvP unless requested. If you're in PvP, you should be in hiding. Should you choose not to hide and a player attacks you, you are at fault, not the player.

4. Do not share/give away ANY items unless it is given as a reward for winning an event, and even in this case, GM equips are not to be given to players. I.E. Ahura Mazdad ect.

5. Do not use GM commands to assist in leveling or aid the player in any way.

6. Do not give lenience to the players whom you've befriended. They should be treated as any other player, and should not be given "slack"/benefits.

7. Do not engage in conversations with players on topics of illegal or sexual nature.

8. GMs disobeying the rules will have their IP banned, no warnings.

Any breaking of these rules will result in punishment set forth by the administrator.

Please, obey the following rules. By doing so, we can keep the game fun and enjoyable for everyone. Anyone caught breaking the rules will be punished by a GM under his/her discretion.

GENERAL RULES

There is absolutely NO BOTTING, hacking or any use of a 3rd party program (this includes macros).
- Exception: Homunculus AIs are allowed as long as it does not auto-feed and make the player auto-walk.

Exploiting bugs that result in the gain of large quantities of zeny or items, or disrupting the server will result in a ban. Reporting a bug of this nature will result in a reward.

Do not attempt to trade things within Admin Online for things outside of it. This includes real money, items/accounts of other servers/games, etc.
- If someone offers you to trade things outside of Admin Online, and you can prove to a GM that the seller intended to do so, report us immediately.

Do not feed. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
- Do not resurrect a player and kill the person repetitively.
- Do not try and get yourself killed when you know you have no equipment giving others kills.

Do not create character names, party names, emblems, or guild names that are offensive or inappropriate.

Do not continually beg for items, zeny, tanks or services from other players. Ask only a reasonable amount of times (meaning once or twice).

Do not create chatrooms in the middle of towns, use sidewalks.

Do not advertise for another server in any way. IP Block is imminent.

Do not give your password out to anyone. GM's will not ask you for your account information under any circumstances unless there has been a specific problem where the GM will contact you through another communication device and not via Ragnarok.
- If you give out your password to anyone, you take FULL responsibily for their actions (including botting/scamming/item loss/character deletion)
- We are not responsible if your items got stolen because someone guessed your password, or because they deceived you.
- Account trading is not encouraged. If you lose accounts/items from attempting to buy/sell/trade them, we are not responsible for your loss.

No lost/scammed/hacked items will be given back! It also includes zeny. Such cases often happen due to players being carefree and giving out their passwords or not paying attention to trades/vends. We will never interfere in such cases since it can lead to exploits. Nevertheless, it is possible to report a scammer or hacker with proof (screenshots in most cases) and if justified he/she will get an IP and account block and in this case you will get refund of your items.

We will not replace anyone's lost items because of a server crash or restart. In case of an update, an announce is usually made beforehand giving you enough time to logout first. Many people try to abuse the system by asking back items they didn't have. We therefore won't be giving back anything you claim. We apologize if you made an honest request.

Spawn killing or pre-casting on top of warps are not reportable nor bannable. We have enabled the random warp function in dungeons. In fields, when you warp in, you have some seconds of immunity which allows you to run away using Fly Wings.

Spamming will not be tolerated and is reportable and bannable. Spamming must be the repetition of a certain phrases or lines constantly (has to be more than 4 lines to be considered spam).

PLAYER RELATIONS

Treat others how you would like to be treated. Respect all players. No harassment or discrimination is allowed.
- Insults that are given via PM can be countered with /ex Playername or with the /exall command and therefore no punishment will be given out.

Do not impersonate a player. This means creating a name that is similar to the player's name and convincing or telling people that you are them.

Do not warp players using Warp Portal without their permission. NO EXCEPTIONS!

KoS is allowed.

Do not scam people of their items, accounts, zeny. We keep have logs, so you will be banned in just a matter of time.

If someone apologizes for breaking one of the rules above, accept the apology and move on. Do not harass, swear or bully them.

GAME MASTER RELATIONS

Do not impersonate a GM. This means, do not say that you are a Game Master, nor shall you try creating any character which has "GM" in front of the name.

Always respect the GMs. Insults or verbal harassment towards a GM won't be tolerated. Do not disrespect a GM by accusing him/her of cheating with his/her legit or abusing his/her powers. If you have a good reason to report a GM, just do it on the forums without spreading useless rumors. That won't be tolerated.

Please do not ask to be a Sub-GM or a GM. We will recruit when it is needed and when we do we will post it on the forums.

GMs have the right to ban/jail/mute/nuke for rule violations without giving a warning beforehand.

WAR OF EMPERIUM

Do not create a guild with a similar name as another existing guild or use an emblem that is already used by another guild.

Do not use other people's personal emblems without their permission.
Sanction: Be asked to take off that picture but if you don't listen then guild disbanded and some days ban.

Do not use emblems which have offensive images. Images like pornographic, racism, or hand gestures like middle fingers, etc. are not allowed in Admin Online community.

Do not use underhand tricks.

Please remember that Admin Online experience should be one that all should enjoy. Treat others how you want to be treated. If you personally would get offended by certain actions/behaviours, don't go around doing it to others.
